Frequently Asked Questions

How long is your shipping time frame?

 3 days to process, Once shipped, orders within the U.S. normally takes 7-10 business days for receipt after being shipped. Once shipped you will receive an email/text with your tracking information.

When will my order ship?

Unless on backorder, all orders ship within 3-5 Business Days of purchase M-F and you will receive an email or text with tracking information once shipped.

My package is lost, stolen, or showing delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?

 We apologize that there was an issue with the delivery of your package. First, we recommend checking with your neighbors and your delivery person. If you still cannot locate your package, you will need to file a case with the delivery company. These cases may take up to two weeks to process. Once you have filed that case and allowed two weeks for processing time, if they still cannot locate your package, then you will need to provide that case number to our customer service team at Femmevita.us@gmail.com. Once we have verified that your package was not delivered, then we can take a look at resending your package to a different address than the one you previously had on file. We will only resend a package ONE TIME. Please note that if you have ordered your products using Paypal or After Pay, then Paypal or After Pay will be the one to manage the claim process.

Do I need to exercise?

We do encourage our customers to take advantage of the energy boost they have while using our products to help foster lifestyle habits such as exercise however it is not a requirement to lose weight with our program. We recommend adding 60 minutes of cardio per week to your workout regimen to maximize your results. Always consult with your physician prior to starting any diet, supplement, or exercise program.

What is your refund policy?

In the event you need to return any product we are happy to help! While we do offer a full refund on any unopened or unworn items, we do charge a $15 shipping fee and a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.  Please contact our customer support team femmevita.us@gmail.com assistance with this. If you are concerned regarding how our products may interact with your medical conditions or medications, please make sure to view the product labels on our website and review them with your primary care physician prior to opening the products. There are no refunds for opened products.

Can I use this product while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do recommend before taking any other product to first consult your OB to get approval for use. You can view product labels and content information under each product page.
